ORDER INFORMATION
PRICING, DELIVERY & ALTERATIONS
Orders: By placing and order via the website (www.michaeljohnjewellery.com) you agree to purchase the product at the price stated on the website (plus any additional shipping charges that may apply). Please select either standard shipping or tracked and insured delivery. Please note that MJJ takes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages, if you have not requested tracked and insured delivery.
Order Confirmation: An email will be sent to confirm your order details. Please take extra care to ensure you enter the correct email address information.
Pricing: All prices displayed on the website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Prices are inclusive of New Zealand Government goods and service tax (GST), currently set at 15%. MICHAELJOHN Jewellery reserves the right to update prices, at our discretion and without prior notice.
Payment: Payment for goods purchased on the website is made via PayPal. Secure payments can be made using your credit card through this facility. Please note that your credit card information will not be retained by us.
Delivery: Your goods will be sent within five working days either via Courier Post (domestic delivery) or via FedEx (International delivery)**. Items cannot be sent to PO boxes or private bags. Please also note that if your item is not in stock, it may take up to 2 weeks to be dispatched. An email will be sent to inform you of any anticipated delay. A tracking number can be provided upon request, by emailing us at info@michaeljohnjewellery.com.
Customs: MJJ cannot take responsibility for any customs charges that may be made by local authorities. Should you have any concerns or questions, MJJ recommend that you contact your relevant customs office for clarification.
Faulty Goods: MJJ make every effort to ensure that you goods are well packaged and arrive in good order. In the unfortunate event that your order is faulty, please email us at info@michaeljohnjewellery.com providing photographic evidence and a full description of the fault. Items that have been worn, or damaged as a result of failure to follow the advice set out in our Care Instructions, will not be replaced.
Refunds and Exchanges: In the event that MJJ ascertain that there is a fault with your order, we will be happy to provide an exchange. Refunds will only be provided at the discretion of MJJ.
Repairs: In the event that you damage your piece of MJJ jewellery, we may be able to repair the item. Please email us at info@michaeljohnjewellery.com providing photographic evidence and a full description of the damage. An assessment will then be carried out and a quotation to repair the item provided. Items returned should be well packaged and returned to the address detailed below. A prepaid self-addressed envelope / packaging should also be included, or redelivery charges will apply. MJJ recommends that you send your item via tracked and insured post, as we cannot take responsibility for goods that fail to arrive. Please note that any additional damage that is incurred as a result of poor packaging will be chargeable. Any repairs carried out will be completed within 14 working days where possible.
Alterations: MJJ are able to offer an alteration service, should you wish to alter your piece of MJJ, for example, adding precious / semi-precious stones. Please contact us at info@michaeljohnjewellery.com and we will be happy to discuss this with you.
Appointments: Appointments can be made to visit our offices and workshop to discuss repairs, alterations or bespoke jewellery pieces by contacting us at info@michaeljohnjewellery.com.
